Cotton Pet Recovery Collar Anti Lick Bite Adjustable Soft Neck Cover

This cotton pet recovery collar is designed to prevent cats and dogs from licking or biting wounds, surgical sites, or irritated areas after operations, injury, or nail clipping. It offers a soft alternative to traditional rigid cones, allowing pets to eat, drink, sleep, and play without their vision being blocked. The adjustable band at the opening can be glued together for a secure fit, and the side of the band sits behind the neck to discourage biting. An inner ring allows a daily collar to be threaded through for added stability. The collar is washable and does not mark or scrape furniture. Available in four sizes, it suits pets from under 2kg to under 7.5kg, with neck measurements from 10-18cm up to 15-32cm. This collar also serves as a beauty head cover, a small pillow, and a decorative accessory during sterilization or recovery periods.

Features and Construction

The collar combines a cotton exterior with an adjustable band and inner ring for stability. It is designed to protect wounds while letting pets carry on with normal daily activities.

Material and Build

The soft cotton exterior is gentle against the pet's neck and allows comfortable wear. It is washable and does not mark or scrape furniture. The adjustable band at the opening can be glued together to fit the neck, while the inner ring lets you insert a daily collar to keep the recovery collar in place. This construction helps prevent the pet from biting or licking wounds or surgical sites, supporting recovery after operations, injury, or nail clipping.

Four sizes are available. XS has a neck range of 10-18cm, weighs 52g, has a 3cm diameter, and suits pets under 2kg. L has a neck range of 15-32cm, weighs 128g, has a 6-7cm diameter, and suits pets under 7.5kg. The adjustable band helps achieve a close fit, and the design does not block the pet's vision.

Uses and Placement

This collar is suitable for recovery periods and everyday use around the home. It can also be used during grooming or as a decorative cover.

Event or Professional Use

The collar is intended for sterilisation of cats and puppies, injury recovery, nail clipping, and as a decoration. It can be used after operations to prevent licking or biting of wounds or surgical sites, helping to promote recovery. The adjustable band and inner ring make it practical for veterinary or grooming settings where a secure, non-restrictive cover is needed.

Everyday Home Use

At home, the soft cotton material allows pets to eat, drink, sleep, and play normally. It will not block their vision, so they can move around without the disorientation sometimes caused by rigid cones. It also functions as a small pillow or beauty head cover. The washable fabric helps maintain hygiene, and the collar does not mark or scrape furniture.

Benefits and Buying Value

The collar offers a practical way to manage recovery while keeping pets comfortable. Its reusable, washable design supports ongoing use.

Reuse and Low Maintenance

The cotton collar is washable, so it can be cleaned and reused as needed. It does not mark or scrape furniture, helping to protect household surfaces. The adjustable band can be re-glued or adjusted for a continued fit, and the inner ring allows a daily collar to be used for stability.
